Replacements
- Paying for Your Order: All payments happen through our secure platform. You’ll need to cover any fees and taxes. We use trusted payment partners (like credit/debit cards, UPI, online banking, etc.), but they have their own terms. We aren’t responsible for any errors, fraud, or issues that might happen on their end.
- Our Right to Cancel: We want to keep things fair for everyone. If we notice an order that takes advantage of a loophole or breaks our rules, we may have to cancel it.
- When Can You Ask for a Replacement? You can get a free replacement if your product arrives damaged, you received the wrong item, or if anything is missing from your package.
- How to Request a Replacement: Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to let us know. You can call us at info@nejelighting.com.
- What We’ll Need from You: To help us understand the issue, please share a clear video that shows the problem with the product. In the video, make sure the invoice and the outer packaging (with the shipping label) are also visible.
- Condition of the Product: The item must be unused, sent back in its original packaging, and include all accessories and the invoice that came with it.
- What Happens Next? Once we’ve reviewed the issue and approved the request, we’ll arrange to have your replacement shipped out within 7 business days.
- Important Exceptions: We can’t offer a replacement if you contact us more than 3 days after you’ve received the item. Replacements also don’t apply to items that were damaged because of improper handling or use after delivery.
- Order Shows ‘Delivered’ But It’s Not There? If your tracking says the package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please inform us within 24 hours. This allows us to investigate with the courier service right away.
